Dog, Zara, x breed/terrier/ collie, female, mainly black. Zaras lead got tangled with two other dogs outside pet shop. Her owner unclipped her and he slipped and fell, Zara got a fright and ran off, someone chased her but didn't manage to catch her. She hasn't been seen positively since that day.
