Phillip went missing during a very heavy rain. He is a black and white tuxedo. His previous owner injured him, which is shown on his tail and character, he is afraid of people, very anxious . If you see this shape of tail, presume it’s him and call the number. He had a red collar with his name and my number embroidered on it.
