Pure black moggy, approx 10 years old. Oscar has green eyes, and distinctive notches in either ear. He was wearing a black/silver diamanté style collar with a bell. He usually lives in a different area, but its likely he escaped through a window. Can be skittish, and easily startled. He likes to hide under cars, garages, etc. Has a microchip, but registered to his previous address.
